All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. All EU orders will be sent by DHL, UPS & FedEx, which service we offer, and the delivery time depends on the destination country, but on average EU orders take 2-6 working days to arrive from dispatch.

We offer 15 days of return where we transfer the money back to your account upon return. The transaction can take up to a week. If you miss the deadline of 15 days, we can offer you to return the product in exchange for a voucher if it is less than 28 days since the purchase. We do not accept return after 28 days. All returns within EU must be registered online via Customer Support Centre.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days from the day it reaches our warehouse in England. Return handling might take longer during periods of sales and public holidays.
